BioEthics ADVANTAGE is a privately owned specialty pharmacy company. We deliver factor products, infusion supplies and other medications involved in the treatment of hemophilia to your home or wherever they may be needed. Our name may be new, but collectively we have over 50 years of experience and commitment to individuals and families living with hemophilia and its related conditions.

In cooperation with your physician and nurses, the BioEthics ADVANTAGE team offers an unprecedented commitment to your personalized care. Our goal is to respond to the unique needs of each of our clients. We were founded on the principle of caring and ethics. We will use that directive to help our clients live normal and productive lives.

Tim is the pharmacist in charge at BioEthics Advantage. Tim's main objective as a pharmacist is to provide a knowledgeable, professional and personalized experience to all his customers. He aims to exceed his patients' expectations by providing quality, proficient service at each of his pharmacies.

Clayton Branch

Marketing Director
Clayton has been volunteering at hemophilia camps and advocating for the bleeding disorder community for 25 years. His passion to make a difference in the hemophilia industry comes from having a son with severe hemophilia. He was a founding member in the creation of BioEthics Advantage over 5 years ago.

Ellene Sander Whitmore

Educational Programs Director
Ellene has over 27 years experience in hemophilia, spanning one national specialty pharmacy and two pharmaceutical companies over 9 states. Ellene's role at BioEthics Advantage is all things education. She plans all educational programs from in-services for staff to patient education programs.

Pharmacy Care Specialist
Tawni has been in the specialty pharmacy industry for 5 years. She joined the BioEthics Advantage pharmacy team in 2012. Tawni works directly with patients where she purchases and monitors the patient's drug inventory, custom infusion supplies, and tracks the shipments for confirmation of delivery.

Heather Smith

Pharmacy Care Specialist
Heather has over 10 years of pharmacy technician experience. In those 10 years she has taken on multiple roles in many different pharmacy settings including retail, hospital, and specialty. In 2015 Heather completed a specialized training course for compounding and the knowledge gained is put to use each and every day.

Mark Rodgers

Community Relations Director
Mark has over 25 years experience in the Specialty Pharmacy industry, primarily working with the Bleeding Disorder community. Responsible for oversight of all customer service issues/challenges of patients, Hemophilia Treatment Centers, private physicians, & Hemophilia Chapters/Associations.

Maria Rinaldi Hueseman

Infusion Therapy Account Manager
Maria has over 10 years of experience spanning across nine states in healthcare working with two major national specialty pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies. In addition to Specialty Therapy management for hemophilia and endocrine disorders, Maria was responsible for managing specialty services for dermatology, rheumatology and pediatrics.

Amy Bentley

Hemophilia Specialist
Amy has worked in the Hemophilia Industry for 12 years and has been a member of the Bleeding Disorder Community most of her life. She has several family members with hemophilia, one being her oldest son who was diagnosed with severe FVIII deficiency. Amy is also involved in multiple Hemophilia Chapters as a vendor, volunteer and event coordinator.

Cody Rice

Hemophilia Specialist
Cody has been directly involved in the Bleeding Disorder Community since 2005. In 2010, he met the future BioEthics team and aided in the company's launch alongside them. The ability this job gives to directly and positively impact the lives of those in this community has, and always will be, his passion.

Colton Branch

Inhibitor Specialist
Colton has severe hemophilia A and has fought with inhibitors for most of his life. Living with hemophilia gives Colton a very personal perspective and understanding of what it is like for other hemophilia patients as well as what it takes to provide quality care. In addition to living with hemophilia, Colton has over 7 years experience being an advocate for patients in the community.
